We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit/debit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net payment gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks using 128 bit SSL technology while adhering to PCI data security standards.
Shipping:
WE SHIP WORLD WIDE. We suggest that customers outside of continental North America contact us for shipping arrangements prior to making any purchases so we can give an accurate shipping quote. We ship using USPS, UPS, Federal Express, and Spee-Dee shipping services. Upon customer request we can expedite shipping at customer’s expense. Customers can make arrangements to pick up their merchandise in store and local delivery is available upon making prior arrangements with AntonGear before purchase. All shipments are insured. Any suspected damage due to shipping must be immediately reported to the shipping carrier and AntonGear.
Orders are packaged and shipped usually within one business day of the order being placed with the exception of some products which require setup & inspection before shipping, modified products, and special orders may take additional time for delivery. Please contact us for further details.
Returns:
AntonGear must be contacted within 7 days after delivery for returns. AntonGear will refund only the purchase price, but not the shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges to and from AntonGear. If an item offers free or discounted shipping an appropriate deduction will be taken for the actual shipping costs involved. We reserve the right to deduct credit card fees from the refund.
Special orders, customized products, and some USA custom made guitars may impose a restocking fee which varies by manufacturer. If you have concerns please ask questions before ordering.
All items must be returned in new condition. Any products which are not in original packaging and condition, are damaged, or contain missing pieces; are subject to restocking fees and/or partial refunds.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders will require a down payment of which not all is refundable if canceled. Custom ordered merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee along with the buyer being responsible for all shipping & insurance charges to and from AntonGear.
Custom built merchandise, such as guitars for example; will require payment in full. If canceled or returned for any reason buyer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping & insurance charges to and from AntonGear.
